    It's ok if your room isn't super hot
    It's fine for general cooling but it doesn't cool the room when it's hot.

    Good Evening Thank you for this question, An evaporative cooler will simply raise the humidity in the room these are not air conditioners. if you reside in a high humid area the air conditioner would be better suited.
