This is the nicest looking toaster, I get so many comments on how lovely it is, especially next to the Icona Vintage 1.7 litre kettle. The toaster cooks perfect crumpets on the bagel setting, Pane di Casa comes out perfectly with just the right amount of softness and crunchy crust. Seed bread never burns and plain old white bread never tasted so good!

Reason for rating is the fact that it lasted 2 weeks before malfunctioning, tripping the breaker and with a no toast related burning smell. A shame as when it was working, was near perfect. I had also had a delonghi toaster before this which had lasted nearly 15 years, so was excited to continue my association with the brand. I will re review if the replacement lasts more than 2 weeks!! Very disappointed as the toaster looks great and I had high expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super happy with this new addition. Functions as expected, but with the added bonus of a defrost function and a bagel function. Browning level is spot on - our last toaster had been really unpredictable and rarely got the job done right. Gorgeous colouring and style, no complaints even from the hubby 😉
