    This is the second machine i got from delonghi and it still has issues. Keep getting error messages because of the sensitivity. I was advised to put a piece of paper between the tray and the container. It worked but the were supposed to send a new part which they haven’t yet. Also the coffee blondes very quickly despite setting it on fine grind and choosing hot water and high intensity. Using the machine is pretty easy and it offers lots of coffee options. It is also quite compact.

    De'Longhi Automatic Coffee Machine
    Really easy to use and clean. Coffees are actually hot when made and the double Glass Insulated cups" keep the drinks hot for longer and the milk does froths up beautifully to make delicious cappuccinos. This appliance is the right size for our family as it is very compact and perfect for our kitchen as we are limited in free space. Also, everything is easy to remove and clean. The only suggestion I have is that, if you really like to drink very hot "White coffees" like us, not to use milk straight out of the fridge as it will affect the temperature of the coffee if the milk is really cold. Therefore, we either take the milk container out of the fridge a few minutes before making the coffee or we warm up the milk in the microwave before topping up the Milk Container as I like my cappuccinos nice and hot. Apart from that it does deliver very good and delicious coffees.
