I purchased a Samsung Washing machine from your company on order 373342 and it was delivered this afternoon as promised. I felt that I had to sit and write to you and congratulate your firm on the handling of our purchase. From the initial call to your office to place the order, to the installation of the machine, the service by your staff could not be faulted. I found all staff members to be helpful and extremely pleasant. I was particularly impressed with the young gentlemen who delivered and installed the machine. They were a delight.
