Machine is great, but you can not buy the coffee pods anywhere but on line from Nespresso and they are expensive. This was not detailed in the purchase of machine. But you can buy reusable lids for pods from different place, thus you can buy coffee powder from any supermarket and fill pods then put lid on the pod, all reusable. Coffee powder in supermarkets works perfectly in reusable pods with sit on lid.

Bought this machine in April 2024, which broke down in four months. Got a replacement machine which also stopped working in 5 months. Now I am getting another replacement. I offered paying additional money to get a better model but apparently it’s not possible as there is no option to do so in the system. I have been using nespresso for many years and this machine has been the worst experience so far, so much time wasted.

I have had this for about a month now and it’s excellent, it’s exactly what I wanted, it’s a small cute machine that makes a lovely coffee and all the pod sizes fit which is such a great feature.
