I am disappointed with the fact Delonghi does not advise that the milk temperatures and amount are set for european standards and as a result do not match what we do in Australia. By the time you have your coffee even by the first sip the coffee is cold, you need to preheat your cups. I would not buy this again!

I wanted to pass on my feedback for your website. I ordered a coffee machine over the weekend and scheduled delivery for the Tuesday. The delivery driver rang me as the website said I would be. They turned up, having had a small problem with their GPS that it seems everyone has with the location I live in. The assistant and the driver were very courteous, very pleasant and easy to deal with. Applicances Online is the number 1 place I will shop in the future.
