You are an asset to your company
I wanted to personally write and thank you for your great service at a time when I was very frustrated. I bought a washing machine from you in December 2006, a Samsung JV1455. In May it stopped working and since then I have had 4+ service calls over 4 months with the machine going to and from the workshop for repairs numerous times. Even after speaking to Samsung I could not resolve this. Thank you for understanding and delivering me a new machine shortly after our discussions. Very impressed with the professional & prompt service
I have been very impressed with the professional & prompt service from Appliances Online. The website is easy to navigate, informative, product variety & availability is very good and the prices are unbeatable! I have now bought a w/machine & a few weeks later a vaccuum cleaner. When I called the customer service line about each product & new year delivery times, they were very helpful and professional.The admin emails & delivery confirmation calls were prompt professional and clear. The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to!
