Have been using the unit for about a month and have enjoyed great black coffee from day one. Downside is my spouse now demands latte or cappuccino as well instead of tea so coffee costs have risen. The Dolce Gusto coffee is not cheap so running costs are higher than expected, but the taste is great.

Bought this to replace my previous machine. Though my other machine was automatic this new version gives me the freedom to make my cappuccinos just a little stronger if I wish.

Purchased it thinking it took the little Nescafé capsules that I have been using for years because all I wanted was to continue to have terrific black coffee as I have received over the last 11 years using the original basic- very basic Nescafé machine- but it finally "died" and now I am stuck with few choices for plain black coffee and dull tastes. A mistake that I can't afford to replace.
