[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good kettle. Have only used it for a few weeks so far though. Big size, simple base. The lid pulls off instead of with a lever opening. Has a small strainer in the water spout part. Has a 3 pin electrical plug which is safer and more desirable than a 2 pin electrical plug. The only somewhat negative thing so far, was on the warranty registration thing it wanted a 'proof of purchase file' uploaded, which was annoying with a mobile phone not all working properly. Think it should maybe also have an option of entering receipt details. (also not everyone has a mobile phone to upload a file). Also, the warranty was only 1 year (think it should maybe be more like 7 years). Besides that, was good so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely adore my Delonghi kettle!!! It is the prettiest item in my whole kitchen. It boils the water so fast and is nice and quiet. My friends comment often about my lovely kettle and how well it matches my kitchen.
