    Easy to work and great features
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am highly satisfied with my purchase. The product is easy to work with and have useful features/buttons. The detachable tray at the bottom makes it easy to clean and get rid of the bread residues. The timer works perfectly and I can toast the bread at any level that I want.

    A balanced toasting problem.
    The new toaster does NOT brown evenly. One side is very overdone and the other side is barely warmed. This applies to elements in both slots. An appliance of this calibre should be perfect with foolproof settings.

    Beautiful looking toaster but unfortunately took several toasting before toxic smell went away and only toasted on one side (perhaps it was a faulty one).
