Keep up the good work and great service
I usually don't write reviews but I am so impressed with the service of Appliances Online I had to write and say how impressed I am. Our dryer blew up on Monday night and a friend suggested ordering online from Appliances Online as I already new the model I wanted. Contacted the customer service number at 8.00pm to confirm something before I ordered and they answered the phone, WOW. I ordered Monday night and received a phone call at 6.45am on the Wednesday stating the dryer would be delivered between 7.30 and 8.30. I was sceptical as I have never had any good experiences with delivery drivers. To my surprise the delivery driver turned up at 7.45am. Delivered the new dryer and took the old one away. Its a feather in your cap
We have just brought a front load washing machine.....Colin was the Sales guy that we spoke to. He was extremely helpful and totally friendly looked after us well and as a result the machine was delivered early and its now in operation. We were advised that the machine was picked up on Thursday and to be delivered on Monday, BUT it arrived Friday lunch time. Thanks to Colin and the FRIENDLY staff at Appliances on line.
