    Upgraded from our old machine to this and love almost everything about it. It's easy to use & it actually guides & reminds you on the screen what to do. After setting up my choices to taste, it a perfect cup every time. I just wish there was an easy way to clear out unwanted beans. Bought a couple of brands that were awful & had a hard time changing over to another bean. Oh well should have bought the Rivelia
