Bought for Christmas - didn't work. Went away for New Years, came back to the machine that had leaked and stained my bench top. Delonghi sent someone out to remove the stain but no call for support on what to do to fix it. Called them a week later - nothing in the system. Then they couldn't save my details. 4 days of my holidays wasted with no result. The only positive is Appliances Online are super helpful if something goes wrong.

I have always just had a Kuerig and when I wanted a latte or cappuccino I always ended up going to a coffee shop. With the DeLonghi Dedica EC680 I can finally make my own lattes and cappuccinos and they are coffee shop quality. I read the manual and watched a YouTube video and was able to sussesfully froth my milk and make my latte the first time I used it. You are able to make single or double shots and I love that this unit is compact but beautiful since I live in a townhome. I highly recommend this espresso maker and if you are a espresso beginner like me, this is easy to use.
