Hello I refer to the below message, and advise - THE EAGLE HAS LANDED....!! Many thanks for the amazing service.. NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE - AND to top it all off, I received TWO communique's earlier this morning, one as TEXT and one by a clear concise courteous phone message (as I didn't even have my mobile ON at that time of the morning..YET!!!) and next. doorbell rings and here it is - AT 9:20 AM...!!! I am writing to thank you for your wonderful customer service. After ordering this product from ****, waiting 3 weeks and still not receiving a product, I cancelled the order and placed one with your company instead. My product arrived in less than 2 days! The delivery driver was wonderful, calling at 8.15am, and arriving by 9am. He was proffesional and helpful, carrying the product through the house and into it's place. I will not hesitiate to tell every-one to use your company instead of retail outlets. I placed the order over the phone after veiwing the website and the phone operator was honest and helpful. Very impressed with the sevice
I was very impressed with the sevice when I purchased my washing machine. After the delivery men left there was a leak and I phoned the company straight away. They had the delivery men return in a short space of time to fix the problem. It was not a fault with the maching just a small connection problem easily fixed. Everyone was very polite and helpful.
