I am writing to thank you for your wonderful customer service. After ordering this product from ****, waiting 3 weeks and still not receiving a product, I cancelled the order and placed one with your company instead. My product arrived in less than 2 days! The delivery driver was wonderful, calling at 8.15am, and arriving by 9am. He was proffesional and helpful, carrying the product through the house and into it's place. I will not hesitiate to tell every-one to use your company instead of retail outlets. I placed the order over the phone after veiwing the website and the phone operator was honest and helpful. Great service and highly recommended
Just wanted to say what a great experience it was using Appliances On Line again. Id previously bought a new fridge - which was a great experience - so when my washing machine died I immediately shopped around and came back to the best deal at Appliances On Line. I even changed my mind the day before delivery - Id realised new machine was too big for space! Not a problem to change size and funds were transferred back into my account the same day. Delivery guys rang and confirmed when to expect them and they fitted and took old machine away - no problems. Great service and highly recommended for those a little unsure of shopping over the net.
