I just wanted to congratulate you on the outstanding service provided by your delivery staff Ciaran and Tomar. Not only did they haul my washing machine swiftly up a very challenging staircase, they showed a high level of skill, lateral thinking and professionalism in fitting the machine, which turned out to require removing a cupboard door and replacing it afterwards. They were swift, careful, clean and tidy and never raised an eyebrow to suggest the extra efforts might have been annoying at one of their first deliveries for the day. Truly outstanding. When I read I could nominate my delivery day and the explanation regarding delivery time I was a little skeptical......what, you mean this company will actually provide a service as part of the transaction?!?! The two delivery men were very good, they rang and arrived within the time frame and took a few minutes to explain the machines basic functions, couldn't ask for anything more.
