But our new fridge was delivered two days after it was ordered
I would just like to thank you for the great service. I thought there may be a problem with delivery between Christmas and the new year. But our new fridge was delivered two days after it was ordered (I asked for the extra day to make room. I could have got it next day). We are very happy with the purchase and will definitely be coming back for any future appliance purchases we intend to make. John,

When our old fridge unexpectedly died, I ordered a replacement from you and was delighted to find that you could deliver within 2 working days. The fridge arrived at the specified time, delivered by two very professional and helpful guys. They unpacked and installed the new fridge an then took away the packaging and my old fridge, even replacing the pot plants that they needed to move whilst bring the fridge inside.
