WOW !! What great service. I have just had my Fisher & Paykel fridge delivered and I couldn't be happier. The delivery men - Warren & Glen - arrived bright and cheery and proceeded to put in my new fridge and take away the old one with a minimum of fuss. They were terrific. I only ordered the fridge on Tuesday and now, here it is !! The large retail stores could certainly take a lesson in customer service from you guys. Best price, best service, best delivery men. Why aren't there more companies in the 21st century that deliver customer service and follow through like this one? I was totally impressed and thrilled with Appliances Online - not only from the savings I made by purchasing my washing machine through them, but also with the whole process from start to end. The website is very user-friendly, the phone service team were a pleasure to deal with - even giving me a direct line to contact the operator if I changed my mind on the model I ordered, and the delivery boys were professional, efficient, and had great communication with us regarding the time of delivery on the morning.
