This is excellent service
We would like to say how pleased we are with the ordering and delivery of our new fridge today. The driver phoned yesterday afternoon and confirmed the delivery would be between 8 and 10 am this morning. By 8.15am the old unit had been removed and the new one installed and setup. A big thank you to Appliances Online, especially Colin, who was more than helpful and professional on the phone. We purchased a washing machine on Thursday 10th Feb at about 2.30pm and it was delivered the next day at 11am. We loved the fact that we could pay COD and really put my mind at ease, not having to worry if my credit card details would be taken and risk having no washing machine turn up! The delivery man was very polite and even took away my old crummy machine for us. Thanks Guys for fast, friendly service and we will most definitely recommend you to all our family and friends.
