We have been very, very impressed with the service provided by appliancesonline. We found out about the company through an online search. The website is extremely easy to use and contains comprehensive information which reduces the need for background research. Other sites we tried seemed to lack information and were less user-friendly. The call centre has been extremely helpful when I have rung. The machine ordered was out of stock, so the next model up was supplied within an hour of a call to check upon delivery! Delivery was free and the packaging was taken away. Dear Sir/madam, I just wanted to thank you for the great service that I have received from your company. I am stoked. My washing machine died last Friday morning. With 2 young children this was a catastrophe. I was recommended your company by a friend. I compared prices and ordered my machine in 1 hour. I did not have time to hit the road. I had to call your company with a question and they were very friendly and helpful. Then to my absolute shock I received a phone call at 7.30 on Monday morning (this morning) to tell me my washing machine would be delivered and installed by 9am. AND IT WAS!!! I just wanted to get in touch and say what a pleasure it was dealing with Appliances online from beginning to end. I made my order online and had simple question so I phoned your offices, was greeted by a very friendly operator who helped me and explained to me how the process would work. I then organised for my Washing Machine to be delivered the very next morning. The delivery guys were so friendly and helpful. They fully installed my Washing Machine and showed me how it worked and tested it to ensure there were no problems. When they left they took all the packing and rubbish with them.
