Amazed at such excellent service
We ordered a Bosch dishwasher from Appliances Online yesterday morning, and were asked when we would like delivery to take place, so we said today. The very next email through told us the drivers start at 4.30 am, and they would call before 10 am. At 7 am today we received a call from a driver, who informed us they would be at our place at 8am, and they arrived on that exact time, brought the dishwasher up the stairs, removed the old one, and were finished in minutes. We are at Taree, which is approximately 260ks away, and received our dishwasher the very next day, and with nil delivery charge. I have mentioned this to several people today, and they are all amazed at such excellent service. This should make the H***** N*****s and B*** L**s look closely at better service and nil delivery fees. We will buy from Appliances Online again. Gary, Taree, NSW

The prices and services offered, excellent
On Monday evening I ordered a new front loading washing machine from your website. The process for ordering was quick & efficient, the prices and services offered, excellent. We had been told earlier by a service technician that our current machine was not worth fixing; and had been recommended to your website by friends. The day after placing the order I decided to have a look at the machine for myself and after removing some of the plumbing found that a hanky had clogged the drain pipe, hanky removed, the machine ran fine. At this point expecting the worst I rang your company to ask for a order cancellation, and to my surprise and pleasure, it was done quickly and my credit card payment was refunded promptly.In the future when we do have to replace this machine, we will be doing so via appliances online.
