AS a previous customer who has had very good experiences in the past I decided to phone appliances online for this. I spoke to Andrew Paskalis who went out of his way to procure me an air conditioning unit immediately and also provide me with the ‘best deal’. Unfortunately as the order was about to be placed the supplier ran out, meaning I was not able to get the unit until 5 days later. Andrew was extremely apologetic about this and offered to quote me on the model instead so that I was able to purchase in store. However within one day, he had managed to contact the supplier and track me down a unit, and organise for it to be delivered.A brilliant customer experience Delivery, services & returns
