Whilst I was extremely nervous about buying a major appliance on line, especially on a Sunday, I am delighted with the result ! I spoke to a real person after hours on Sunday, placed my order on line, got confirmation immediately, was called, as promised on the morning of the delivery and it was delivered just when they said they would. The delivery guys were, neat polite and helpful - they even gave me a good tip about re-routing the drain from the machine. The savings are 'in the bank' ... and I will use them next time. I just wanted to thank your for the great service. When my washing machine broke down on Monday I called my Dad to tell him about a special I saw at D******. He made me promise I would check out appliances online first. He and mum have bought their last 4 appliances from you and have also got all their friends on the bandwagon. He went on about the great service and was amazed that the delivery guys unwrapped the appliances outside and took the packaging away. Having recently redecorated my unit and being completely fed up several trips up and down the stairs and down the street to the recycling bin, this part was particularly music to my ears! While the same item from D****** was on special at $50 cheaper (incl delivery and removal), they couldnt get it to me for 2 weeks. I came home and called appliances online and ordered my machine. Bought a dishwasher from you. Service was excellent, product delivered pronto and guys took the old one away having helped to transport the new one as close to where tit was to be installed. Everything worked out perfectly, even downloaded the manual prior to receipt of the product - which also included a hard copy manual. Well done guys Eric, Chelsea, Victoria
