Customer service i received over the phone was top notch
I recently purchased a fridge from you guys, and was slightly hesitant having worked for one of the big electronics retailers before, and have heard horror stories about other online sites. I just wanted to write to say Thank You very much for the fantastic service provided by Appliances Online. Our old washing machine broke down and was too expensive to have repaired so we jumped online and found your awesome sale and despite being a bit nervous about ordering online, was the easiest "big" purchase ever made! The washer was delivered the following day, and not only that but the old machine was taken away and the new one all connected and ready to go.
