The whole process was exceptional
I have recently purchased a fridge and a washing machine through Appliances Online. I have found the service to be exceptional. From the low price of the units and free delivery and removal, to the delivery guys who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They removed the old units, were careful not to damage my walls, took away all the rubbish, swept the floor, installed the new units (even placing my dryer back on top of the new washing machine), and even waited for 15mins while I waited for my house key to turn up (long story that you don’t want to hear about). The whole process was exceptional. Unfortunately I can’t remember the names of the delivery guys, but I’m sure you will be able to look them up through my delivery address, to commend them personally. I really appreciated being able to choose the delivery date and the two guys who delivered were fantastic including coming back the next day enroute from another job to pick up the old freezer which was still full of food when they delivered the new one.
