I bought this TV a few weeks ago and am really happy with all features. Picture and sound are wonderful. Best of all the remote is brilliant for watching Netflix.

Bought 2 very happy with the quality of the tv for the price

I've had the TV for one month. Thank you Appliances Online for the speedy and efficient service. The picture quality is sharp and crisp at1080p, out of the box. I mostly watch TV late night and use a wireless RF headphone connected to the 3.5 mm jack at the back of the TV. I can walk around in every room of my home and not miss a word. The TV came with a 3 year manufacturer's warranty plus a bonus 2 years. That impressed me because the usual warranty on most Smart TVs is less than that. I had a few questions and phoned the 1-800 tech support at CHiQ head office in Melbourne (I live in Sydney). The tech support person was friendly and helpful. The TV is good value for the price. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 for build quality because it has a few limitations, none of which were deal breakers for me. 1. No built-in Bluetooth. 2. Record and playback via USB works fine at a basic level. If you want more features you will need to connect a compatible full recorder/player system. 3. Cannot add other apps. No internet browser. While it would be nice to have full access to the internet via my TV, this is not a priority for me. Overall, this is a good value budget Smart TV that provides a great viewing and listening experience.
