I found dealing with Appliances Online to be a great experience. The customer service staff were helpful and friendly, as was the delivery man. The thought of running around from store to store, dealing with a multitude of salesmen, organising delivery, trying to figure out how to get rid of my old machine was all causing me a great deal of stress. What a pleasure it was to find a way to do this from the comfort of my own home. No running around, no stress, everything taken care of in one go and with prices comparable to those in store. I am so thrilled with my new washing machine and freezer. Everybody from appliances on line from the people who took my order, the gentleman who rang to tell me of the delivery date (2 days later) to the driver and installer went above and beyond the call of duty. I have already recommended them to friends especially one who is finishing her kitchen and laundry renovation and needs new appliances. She also found them to be a great company. To Whom It May Concern, I am just wanting to thank EVERYONE @ Apps on line, for a Fantastic Service.. My Elderly parents who are computer illeterate were wanting a deep freezer & after having driven them all over the southside and looking at about a dozen freezers, not to mention dealing with sales people who don't have a clue. I finally found "Apps On Line" And I was more than happy with everything! Pleased to say we purchased a Lemair Freezer, That was a GREAT PRICE, The Delivery MEN were GREAT, They took the freezer Up 2 Flights of stairs, then they gladly set it up & took the old one away for my parents.WE COULDEN'T BE HAPPIER WITH APPLIANCES ON LINE!!
