The refrigerator sadly operated for about 2.5 years before failing. Most un-satisfactory. After much delay and "run around" etc Appliances on line replaced the faulty CHIQ refrigerator with a replacement of different make with an appropriate cash adjustment. FINGERS CROSSED!!!

Had never heard of this brand before so googled and it and read it is in the top 3 in that country - using exceptional parts but the icing on the cake was the 5 year product warranty! Love the configuration of the fridge, that there are 3 solid adjustable shelves, a full size crisper for large items like celery, 4.5star energy rating, very very quiet you wouldn’t even know it was on and aesthetically very nice! Cannot fault the buying process, service, communication and the delivery guys were so friendly and efficient. Five *****

We chose this fridge due to its size being a good compromise between small and huge, it fit well into our kitchen area. No complaints about the function, seems to work well. It does have a few weird noises that occur probably when the thermostat does its thing, like a little chirpy noise every now and then. It's not major, but if you're sensitive to noise, then it would probably be annoying. Freezer size is very good. So good that I got rid of my extra freezer. Shelving is well set out and easy to use. Overall a good thing.
