I didn't think it was possible to hate a fridge, but here we are! I only bought this as I'm not in a granny flat and my large fridge is being used by someone else, I did have a bar fridge previously but rehomed it when I moved to a property being used from someone else. It was an aldi fridge and I never thought I'd miss it as much! This fridge setting up was easy to do on my own, which I'll give it a major plus! But that's where it ended, the instructions were really not helpful, the fridge settings don't make a single difference! It is homed inside, yet, my ice cream doesn't stay cold enough to stop it from melting every now and then, which basically the consistency isn't safe enough to store meat in. My last bar fridge and freezer lived outside in the summer, they not once had an issue keeping up with the temperature. The storage space is awkward, the door makes it difficult to actually move the shelves. Worst investment ever, in fact, I'm already looking for a new one. I'd highly suggest if your budget is so slim, go second hand instead.

Relatively standard and simple to set up.... But there is definitely not enough instructions to understand the dials. I love how the freezer doesn't have any effect on the fridge food, compared to an all in one model, but on the 3rd setting with a small amount of food in there the back froze up. Now, with a fridge full and my house lacking an ac in the heat.. I'm uncertain if it will survive the rest of summer. It's quite frustrating, especially as I let it sit for 24 hours in place to account for any movement, then let it run for another 24 hours before putting anything in it. This time should have been enough to have a consistent temperature, which it doesn't provide at all times. The door sits weirdly, which you don't notice or even care about until you attempt to move the shelves. Due to the way it opens fully, it makes it quite annoying to move them as you have to do it at an angle. While yes, it is "only" $360+ it still isn't a cheap enough fridge to worry if your food will go off or not. I've had quite a few bar fridges in the past and it definitely doesn't hold up against them, considering they did a better job with the sun straight on them in summer. I do think it would be okay though if you did have a cooler property.
