Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with your company. I knew the product I wanted, placed the order late on a Sunday night, and received confirmation of the order on Monday morning, confirming delivery date of Tuesday. At 8.25am on Tuesday morning I received a phone call advising delivery of machine between 10am and 12 Noon. At 10.10am truck arrivd, with two young men who quietly and very eficently, delivered and installed my new washing machine. They took the time and trouble to explain about what to do if I had any problems, refused our offer of a cold or hot drink, took out our old machine and left as quickly and as efficiently as they arrived, all done within 15 minutes.
