Eight automatic programmes provide convenient settings for different styles and specialities, including Pinsa Romana, New York-style pizza and tarte flambée. For more personalised cooking, the memory function allows programme settings to be adjusted and saved, while the temperature can be selected from 80°C to 430°C in precise 5°C increments.
Individually selectable top and bottom heating elements provide further control over browning and crispness, helping you tailor the heat to different pizza styles. The digital display with sensor-touch controls keeps operation straightforward, while the timer can be adjusted for up to 60 minutes in one-minute increments.
A cordierite pizza stone supports fast heat transfer and helps create a crisp, evenly baked base. The large front door features triple glazing, allowing you to monitor cooking while helping retain heat inside the oven.
