FABULOUS! We just purchased a Samsung fridge and a Fisher & Paykel washing machine from AppliancesOnline and we couldn't be happier with everything. I would just like to thank and congratulate you all on such a great company/site and such excellent customer service.
My boss required a Fisher & Paykal Rangehood to replace and existing unit in a property he has rented out. I contacted our normal "big name department store" and was told a price that was approx $55 more
expensive that what your price was. I was then told by this supplier that due to no stock at Fisher & Paykel it would be 5-6 weeks for delivery.
I then rang Fisher & Paykel directly who advised stock should be in by the end of next week.
In the mean time, whilst on hold to various departments, I came across your website. Personally I prefer to shop online, however my boss
tends to be a bit cautious. I rang your customer service team and spoke with a very friendly and
helpful staff member by the name of Andrew. He confirmed stock was there. That was on the Friday and on Monday morning it arrived and he had this installed by Tuesday for his tenant.

Was taken away without complaint by the driver
Hi guys,
Just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service received today by your company and especially your driver. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me.
The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic.
