Dear Sir/madam, I just wanted to thank you for the great service that I have received from your company. I am stoked. My washing machine died last Friday morning. With 2 young children this was a catastrophe. I was recommended your company by a friend. I compared prices and ordered my machine in 1 hour. I did not have time to hit the road. I had to call your company with a question and they were very friendly and helpful. Then to my absolute shock I received a phone call at 7.30 on Monday morning (this morning) to tell me my washing machine would be delivered and installed by 9am. AND IT WAS!!! I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with your company. I knew the product I wanted, placed the order late on a Sunday night, and received confirmation of the order on Monday morning, confirming delivery date of Tuesday. At 8.25am on Tuesday morning I received a phone call advising delivery of machine between 10am and 12 Noon. At 10.10am truck arrivd, with two young men who quietly and very eficently, delivered and installed my new washing machine. They took the time and trouble to explain about what to do if I had any problems, refused our offer of a cold or hot drink, took out our old machine and left as quickly and as efficiently as they arrived, all done within 15 minutes.
