One of the best retail experiences I have ever had
I don't normally offer feedback especially via Facebook, but I felt compelled to offer some advice for anyone that is looking for an appliance...I recently purchased a wine fridge from Appliances Online due to the item offered, the unbeatable price, the free delivery & peace of mind with the extended warranty. I wanted to pass on my feedback for your website. I ordered a coffee machine over the weekend and scheduled delivery for the Tuesday. The delivery driver rang me as the website said I would be. They turned up, having had a small problem with their GPS that it seems everyone has with the location I live in. The assistant and the driver were very courteous, very pleasant and easy to deal with. Applicances Online is the number 1 place I will shop in the future.
