    The Breville Chef Hub Baker- A must have for home bakers
    My name is Tran. I brought home this Breville Stand Mixer from the Good Guys in November 2022 initially to make bao and dumpling dough. While it takes some space on your bench, the mixers many functions make it totally worth the space. Compared to other mixers I've tested, this one is incredibly smooth and quiet, with no rocking or knocking issues at all power levels. With 7 power levels to use, it is perfect for making even dough for bread, bao or dumplings, mixing dressings and sauces, beating eggs for your baking and whipping up your cream and icing for desserts. Adding to the functionality, with an add-on food processor, I can grate and shred all the fillings for my bao and dumplings in mere minutes. And to top it all off, the black truffle finish looks great and wipes off easily, making clean-up easy.

    Good mixer poorly constructed beater attachment.
    I really want to love this mixer and the mixer itself has lasted pretty well. The issue I have is the quality of the attachments. In months I have purchased a new dough hook because mine broke and two new beaters. I do use the mixer a few times a day, so I told myself it was from use, and then the newest attachment only last a few weeks. I now have a mixer with no attachments and I don't want to again purchase new attachments so they can break again. A little disappointed.

    The Breville Scraper Mixer - good value for money
    Love the scraper. I dont hv to worry about Stopping &scraping the sides. Stable, sturdy & doesn’t wobble around even when kneading bread dough. Good value for money! Highly recommended.
