This was my second tea maker. I had the first one for over 20 years, and it was well worth the money. Perfect tea every time.

I guess we bought a faulty unit, a hit and miss! Starts (maybe) then it pauses, then starts or it doesn't, who knows?! We have had it put away ever since we bought it, as we were both too busy to call Breville and get help. We probably have 10 of their small appliances, and this is the only one that turned out to be an expensive countertop decoration.

If you love tea and enjoy trying different varieties, invest in this tea maker! By controlling the temperature and steep time, you ALWAYS get a perfect cup of tea. It makes going on vacation even more exciting. When trying different tea while traveling, you know that you can steep it properly when you bring the tea home!
