Bought one 8 months ago. It’s now got a short or something in it and keeps tripping the breaker. Tried everything. Very poorly engineered. Also very hard to clean so be prepared for a stained glass carafe and brown base.

Very easy to use and makes the tea making process very enjoyable

I bought this machine and that was faulty so they sent me the new(?) one. But new one is still faulty it doesn’t reach the target temperature. When tried to boil the water, brewing temperature is set up to 70 or 80 degrees which is very annoying! As the mentioned before, the plate was becoming rusty whilst boiling.
