I really like this immersion blender. It's easy to use, and has good power. The anti suction sounded like a gimmick, but it seems to work well. The only negative thing I have to say is that the blade head is too large to fit within a large mouth mason jar. It only misses by a couple millimeters! The quart sized jars are perfect for making mayonnaise or salad dressings without having to transfer the dressing after it's blended. It's not a bad thing, just a bit inconvenient. Still, it's a good blender.

I bought this two years ago, primarily for use as an immersion blender. So far, the immersion blender works fine. I rarely use the small chopper bowl. Tonight I used it, and after washing, I noticed that it had cracked along the bottom. This item has not been heavily used; it has never had boiling water poured in it; it has never been put in the dishwasher. Literally, a couple of times making pesto or chopping nuts, and now it's cracked. I expected better.
