I love my slow cooker, have had it almost a year, but if you see the photo look at what it has done, I always use non-scratch cloth to wash. A bit disappointed as paid quite a bit for this.

This is an awesome piece of equipment to have in any kitchen. It's a dream to use & clean-up afterwards BUT... The older model had a 'Keep Warm' - it now has an 'Auto' , also it comes with a Stainless lid, I prefer the older see through glass lid, where you could look at your food without lifting the lid and having that precious heat escape. Perhaps the stainless lid has superior thermal properties.. I don't know? Still a great product.... and cleaning is a BREEZE!

I bought this slow cooker a couple of years ago. I love the shape, capacity and being able to sear in the bowl but the non stick coating is coming off. I have always hand washed it and used silicon utensils when cooking in it. For the price of this unit I am very unsatisfied with it!!
