Seal around top of lid was placed incorrectly, which resulted in the unit failing in a catastrophic manner.

Very happy with the fast slow cooker. Great if you don't have a lot of time to prepare meals every night, and essential if you have a baby in the house - you can cook delicious meals without having to slave over the stove.
