It has just now started to give me problems. I do already have another Breville frother to replace this one. I hope it serves me as well as my original one. I have read some complain that it doesnt froth right. My experience has been that it is NOT the frother…it is the milk! There were times that the same brand of milk from a different store did not froth! I really endorse my Breville frother! The best thing since steamed milk!!!Completely changed the morning routine!!! Amazing! If you like warm milk drinks and dont have the ability to properly steam your milk, this is the way to go!! It warms the milk and froths it, it doesnt have the effect of steam, but these days most people dont appreciate properly steamed milk, they are happy with frothers, if thats you, you'll love this thing... we sure do!Too much for my morning counterToo large, requires too much milk, awkward. I should have went to William Sanoma to see the device in personLegendary service

NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE - AND to top it all off, I received TWO communique's earlier this morning, one as TEXT and one by a clear concise courteous phone message (as I didn't even have my mobile ON at that time of the morning..YET!!!) and next. doorbell rings and here it is - AT 9:20 AM...!!! (all the way from Sydney TO Port Macquarie) AMAZING!!!!FANTASTIC SERVICE Hey, Your service regarding my order has been completely top notch. Having had a dent in our original fridge, your staff promptly rectified the problem without question or making me jump through hoops. That to me is just great and not service I would have received from the established bricks and mortar stores. I know I will certainly be recommending your organisation to others. The prompt delivery, great prices and constant communication were all greatly appreciated. You have made moving into our first house so much easier. Many thanks.Prompt delivery, great prices and constant communication Delivery, services & returns
