Used daily. Had some minor connection issues where it would cut out mid boil a few months back but easily fixed with cleaning the connections. The day this dies I'll be buying the same again, but right now I think it will out live mefunctionable, stylish and great quality kettleI love this kettle, it's very easy to use, has a variety of different temperatures to choose from and can hold the temperature if required. I noticed people complained about the sound it makes once the water is boiled but that doesn't bother me as I like to be notified that its ready. I love the look of it and yes it's slightly hard to see the water level as the glass is dark and usually has water bubbles inside of the lid. However, I really like it and recommend itLegendary service
