And Breville always comes through when we run into any rare issues.Plastic flavored waterWe've had this kettle for less than year. Plastic compounds are apparenty leaching into the water and have been from the start. Water tastes terrible. The single star is for the pleasent bell that sounds when it turns off.Legendary service
