I love that this kitchen appliance purées very successfully spaghetti bolognaisse and every other food for my son who has spastic quadriplegia and needs his food puréed smoothly because of swallowing difficulties and risk of aspiration.Also I love that I can order spare parts from Breville for this food processor whose motor has a twenty five year warranty.Kitchen Wizz 15 ProIt is a big machine so storage in my small unit is a challenge however it is so powerful and perfect I’m liking to accommodate this beast! The blades are super sharp - I do a lot of chopping of nuts and veges ask it is a dream addition to my kitchen. Love itLegendary service
