Can slice potatoes or similar produce into a deck of cards. Large chute can handle really big items. Great powerful motor that can make great but butters. Great pulse function for quick chopping action. Cons: The whisking disk for whisking cream or egg whites are ineffective. Plastic construction on some parts of this machine can be broken if dropped or not careful. Overall: A great machine that does the basics very well. The slicing function is the greatest boon on this machine, slicing so thinly and accurately and speedily it's like it's been done by a chef with 20 years experience.Kitchen wiz 15 proIt works brilliantlyGreat productDoes the job as advertised.
