    About 3 years ago my sister-in-law told me raving thoughts about her Breville Wok. She had seen it in action at one of her sister-in-laws in Montana. She was an ex home economics teacher. Mary told me it was the hottest, easiest to clean wok she had ever been around. I immediately bought my own and loved it. Then for Christmas I bought one for each of my three sons families. All are impressed as I was!
