I have only used this a few times, but it works well. The only issue I have is that the User Manual is poorly written. More care should be given to providing complete instructions for first time users. I eventually figured things out, but it took a couple of poorly cooked batches.

Bought this to replace a smaller unit. Many people say they have trouble with the plug not staying attached to the unit, it is a bit tricky but in the end it is easily managed. Overall I like this very much. What could be added to the instruction sheet is that placing the head unit onto the outside frame is critical to operation. Should it not be placed correctly, the unit won't turn on

So glad we bought this fryer. Used to fry fish keeps the heat and fry beautifully. Would recommend to everyone
