Bought this to replace a smaller unit. Many people say they have trouble with the plug not staying attached to the unit, it is a bit tricky but in the end it is easily managed. Overall I like this very much. What could be added to the instruction sheet is that placing the head unit onto the outside frame is critical to operation. Should it not be placed correctly, the unit won't turn on

So glad we bought this fryer. Used to fry fish keeps the heat and fry beautifully. Would recommend to everyone

I have had this item for just under twelve months and found it easy to clean until i changed the oil . It goes back to reset every time it heats over 40 degrees so annoying then you cant reset until it has fully cooled down . very disappointing since i have spent the extra money getting a decent one and now cant use this at all.
