Great Machines
After a fair bit of tweaking with grind size, grind duration, and brand of coffee beans I have finally managed to make what I consider to be a great cup of coffee. The machine is fantastic, it heats up quickly, it froths beautifully, and I love the dual boiler which means I can brew and froth at the same time. And it's easy to clean up afterwards. Love it!

NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!!
