Grinder is excellent. Would be even better if spare parts were available.

This is the second Breville coffee grinder I have purchased. The first one gave me great service for many years. After thousands of pounds of coffee I felt I needed a new one so I am back for another Breville. I wonder if you offer refurbishing service for my old Breville--my son needs a good coffee grinder

I bought this to replace an older Krups grinder… at first I could not get a fine enough grind - but I’ve now adjusted the inner burr (down to 4 from the original 6 it came with) the coffee beans I normally use seem to grind well now on a grind setting of 9… however, coffee beans bought from the supermarket are still only just OK by taking the grind setting down further… I love the build quality and look of the machine, it’s just a shame that i wasn’t able to use it straight out of the box without adjustment..:
