So far, I have just made Belgian waffles, but they have been perfect every time. But my favorite feature is not having to wait for the waffle maker to come by up to temperature before I add another batch. That saves so much time. Cleaning out crumbs (there are very few) is a little awkward. And I worry a little about cleaning after I make something that will get sticky, like blueberry waffles. I'll have to get brave before I try that.

I purchased this waffle maker as a treat to myself during the shutdown, and so glad that I did. It makes perfect waffles (I use the "add water" style protein waffle mix) and they come out perfect every time. The size is just right for storage and clean up is a breeze. Well done Breville!

I have used the Smart Waffle Pro for classic waffles only so far. One waffle is like the other - perfect and tastes always great. Left overs you can toast a day or two later.
