    not worth the price
    had the first replaced under warranty because it died withing 6 months, second one has lasted 18mths but only toasts the top half of the bread - pretty crap for something so expensive

    Used everyday
    I bought the red Breville Smart Toaster about 7-8 years ago. It is used everyday (family of 6). We have no issues with it and I am now looking for a new one so I can take my 'old' one to work and use it there - I love my toast! Electronic lift works well, it had a wee glitch a few months ago where it seemed to get stuck - but it just needed a good clean out (tray was full - I have 4 teens in the house!) and its been fine ever since.
