I bought this slow cooker less than 6 months ago and only used a handful of times. Today whilst slow cooking with it, the lid shattered out of the blew ruining the meal. Extremely disappointing after only a few uses. I was otherwise happy with the product.

Very disappointed that our Breville slow cooker lid shattered whilst I was cooking a casserole for the family. It had been well looked after, had minimal use and was just outside manufacturers warranty. Begs the question why replacement lids are not available if they are so badly made.

great product i love it but this is my 2nd one now having to buy 3rd one, as the smart temp digital screen looses its function the numbers start to drop out and you cant read what it says , other wise it works perfect but whats the point of having a self do temp timer if you cant read the screen
