Great device, excellent cooking results, very easy to use. More available settings than previous device provides wider choice of cooking. So far excellent.

Very disappointed that our Breville slow cooker lid shattered whilst I was cooking a casserole for the family. It had been well looked after, had minimal use and was just outside manufacturers warranty. Begs the question why replacement lids are not available if they are so badly made.

I bought this about 6 months ago and have been extremely pleased with the variety of things I can cook in it and it's large capacity. I have cooked wonderful, stews, casseroles, cakes, desserts and also porridge in it and it has never let me down. Since our lockdowns in Victoria and my last son leaving home I have given it to my oldest son and his wife and their three children as they both work and the large capacity means they can feed the whole family and set it and forget until they arrive home from work, so it has been an excellent product for two members of my family, thanks Breville.
