Brought this on the 30th August 2024 but was abit worried if the handles got hot but brought it mainly as it had a timer&warm function.I used it on high for 4hrs then warm for 1hr and the handles didn't heat up.

Great device, excellent cooking results, very easy to use. More available settings than previous device provides wider choice of cooking. So far excellent.

I got this cooker 4 years ago and though I have used it only 4-5 times, it has proven its worth. I ise it for the tough Indian recipes which take hours and hours to cook the traditional way. I can simply add all the stuff that goes in a recipe, set the temperature and forget about it without worrying about burning the food. The only negative I have is the weight of the ceramic bowl inside. Its super heavy. But I understand thats to mai tain the nature of the tough work it does.
